Vicars Diary include many features, taking booking from parishioners, and remind them by automatic sms, keeping record of all sacraments, keeping account of church, sacristan, choir .etc. It can physically replace diary of vicars and receipts in all respects. sms receipts can send after booking.How to use Vicars Diary
Step 1 : Install from google play by clicking install buttonStep 2 : For Marshmallow users(new mobiles)- before opening go to settings of your mobile and give permission for storage, contact , sms for app vicars diary Step 3: Open the program, a calendar can be seen, click on the date to book a program. example. click on Jan 15, it will show a window, then click on book buttonStep 4: after booking button, booking form displayed. you can select name and mob no from contact button, or manually enter the name, select time and thirukarmam (from the list), u can enter for whom you are praying for like Qurbana etc.2) How to use Application settingsa) You can modify the thirukarmam and its rates by clicking settings of application, clicking top right corner of app. In this settings you can fix color for different thirukarmam. It make u to recognize program from calendar itself.b) You can go to settings and modify the sms settings, you can send one day before or any day before.
3) What is Query?You can click the query and go to the page, select the dates( say one month). it will show the total no of each thirukarmam and total money for different person/organization, say choir, alter boys .etc. it can generate REPORT by clicking report button and can send by email by clicking email button. It is advised to take print out of this report and keep in a file.
4) If I uninstall all datas will go?No it will be stored in your phone memory. it will create a folder called Church_Data. In this you can see your churchdata.db . All records are in this file. This can be saved regularly to your Google drive or memory card.
